Shipping

• Processing: Orders are dispatched within one business day from our Australian facility.
• Rates: We offer flat-rate express shipping Australia-wide. Shipping is free for orders over $200.
• Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and security.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, all sales are final once payment has been processed. This policy is in place to maintain a strict closed chain of custody. To ensure absolute quality control and product integrity, we do not allow products to re-enter our inventory once they have been allocated for shipment or left our climate-controlled facility.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team at support@peakhaven.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. 

Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. 

We will investigate and, where validated, offer a replacement.
