All products sold by Peak Haven are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are not therapeutic goods, are not for human or animal consumption, and have not been approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for any clinical use.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will handle, store, and use all products in accordance with established laboratory safety protocols.
  • You will not resell, distribute, or use these products for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research.

The purchaser assumes all risk and liability for any loss or damage resulting from the handling, use, or storage of our products.

We guarantee that all products meet or exceed the purity specifications stated on their respective Certificate of Analysis (COA). These COAs are generated by independent, third-party laboratories. While we guarantee the chemical identity and purity of our compounds, we make no warranties regarding their efficacy or suitability for any specific research application.

  1. Order Processing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect a breach of these terms. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
